Our initial consultation is a no-cost, no obligation visit to your home. This is a “get to know you” meeting that sets the stage for your project. We learn what your goals are, what you consider beautiful or luxurious, and then prepare a preliminary budget. If the budget meets your approval, we move to the next step: Design and Concept.

Construction Managment

Those who prefer a more hands-on approach may wish to avail themselves of BSD’s Construction Management team.
Utilizing neither the traditional “pre-determined fixed price plus extras” nor the “cost plus” approach toward home building, our construction manager becomes the owner’s agent, assuming the duties of supervising both the design firm and the sub-contractors.

By proposing construction alternatives and coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment, as well as by providing overall supervision, the construction manager allows the homeowner or business to handle all financial matters directly. For the special individual who wishes to pursue this route, a representative from our construction management team will be happy to meet and provide you with the answers you seek.
